The explosion causes any craft to lift,depending on amount of voltage</div> <div> used. (2) DC current is controllable charge, with a high degree of static discharge</div> <div> and allows the disruption of atoms. (3) A static field is caused by an Ion and</div> <div> Atom mix. The greater number of Ions and Atoms together in a confined area the</div> <div> higher the charge. (4)A planet is believed to be a gravitational flux or curve, using</div> <div> *Static* as a form of energy. The energy is used to maintain the gravity. Gravity</div> <div> equation--- gravity = static divided by spin of planet times planetary mass.</div> <div> Gravity is maintained as described,and by the sun's pull,and enhanced by the</div> <div> ultraviolet radiation from the sun. (5) The ultraviolet rays act on the Atoms and</div> <div> Ions causing the static discharge. This discharge is known as * free static *.</div> <div> (6)When the Ions and Atoms are rotated, such as a ship or planet, the static</div> <div> discharge is known as * controlled static *. There must be six Ions for every</div> <div> seven Atoms to create a "free static" field. In a *controlled static* field there are</div> <div> ten Ions to every two Atoms. (9) In order for a craft to lift, a</div> <div> forced and a controlled static must exist. The static field will cone down with</div> <div> about thirty degrees of arc. The craft produces it's own ultraviolet so the sun's</div> <div> influence isn't needed. I have come to realize over the years that the UV</div> <div> actually controls the ratio of atoms to ions. So plasma can be produced when</div> <div> needed ( ? ). The main output is from the bottom and is spinning around the</div> <div> bottom circumference of the craft. This spinning output cones down like an</div> <div> ice cream cone to some point underneath. Some craft emit the ions from the</div> <div> sides and the top of the craft while outputting from the bottom. This is somewhat</div> <div> inefficient because of the problems of keeping the ions off the hull.</div> <bR> <div> To answer your question; There is no workable craft available, however, the</div> <div> swing shaft ( which outputs the ions )  was built according to my son's  </div> <div> instructions eighteen years ago.</div> <div> I sent the shaft to  scientist for testing a year ago.</div> <div> He said that the shaft was one big short and was about as effective as a</div> <div> high voltage wire hung from the ceiling. ( My son and I hooked this up to the</div> <div> high voltage lead from an old TV eighteen years ago and it had a good output.</div> <div> Of course it eventually wiped out  the TV. ) I must admit he had me going</div> <div> for a while until I realized that it was extracting the heavy ions from the</div> <div> lead plates in the swing shaft and would cause the plates to deteriorate  after</div> <div> a period of time. Replacement was simple, the lead plate was sliped out of its</div> <div> holder and a new one was sliped in.</div> <bR> <div>  I have seen these craft on TV some time ago. Looked like an inverted bowl with a </div> <div> big shaft rotating under the bottom.
